1. Definitions and Scope of Applicability

In these terms, "tk10", "platform" or "service" refers to the tk10app.cam website and all games, betting markets, payment facilities, and related services operated under it. "User" means any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses the platform.

These terms apply to every aspect of the service — slots, live casino, sports betting, virtual sports, and the mobile app. It is assumed that the user is able to read and understand these terms in their own language.

2. Account Registration and Verification

When opening an account on tk10, the name, mobile number, email address, and any other information you provide must be completely true and accurate. Registering with false or fabricated information is a direct breach of these terms and may result in the account being closed at any time.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found to share the same device, IP address, or payment method, they will be considered linked, and tk10 reserves the right to close all such accounts.

2.2 Account Security

It is each user's own responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing login details with a third party or allowing someone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Change your password regularly.
• Never share your OTP with anyone.
• Be careful when logging in over public Wi-Fi.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

All services on tk10 are exclusively for adults aged 21 or above. No person under this age may create an account or carry out any financial transaction on the platform. National ID card or passport details may be requested to verify age.

This service is intended for use from within the territory of Bangladesh only. tk10 is not responsible if a user is unable to access the service due to their location or any other reason.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are currently available for depositing and withdrawing funds on tk10. These are widely used mobile banking services in Bangladesh that process transactions quickly and securely.

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if identity verification or other security reviews are required, additional time may be needed.

4.3 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Deposits may not be made from a mobile banking account registered in someone else's name. It is recommended that the name on the payment method matches the name on the tk10 account. If a discrepancy is found, the transaction may be placed on hold.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on tk10 are subject to specific conditions. By accepting a bonus, you are considered to have agreed to the relevant terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Exploiting any weakness in the bonus system through unusual betting patterns, bonus hunting, or claiming bonuses via multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

• Each bonus has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless tk10 explicitly permits it.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.

6. Games and Betting Operations Policy

All games on tk10 are built by third-party software providers and operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are completely impartial and not predetermined.

6.1 Betting Rules

For sports betting, bets placed before an event begins are valid. In-play betting during an event is only accepted when tk10 has it active. If an event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, bets will be settled according to tk10's established policy.

6.2 Technical Errors

tk10 is not liable for any loss to a user if a game or bet outcome is affected by a server error, internet disconnection, or software issue. However, if the fault lies within tk10's own systems, a reasonable resolution will be sought.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk10, and any account found to be involved in them will be permanently closed:

• Making fraudulent payments or filing chargeback claims
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Deliberately exploiting a technical error in any game
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
• Organising coordinated betting (match-fixing or coordinated betting) against tk10
• Registering with a fake ID or another person's information

8. Account Suspension and Closure

tk10 may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of security review, suspected breach of terms, or upon request. During a suspension, login, betting, or withdrawal may not be possible.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their own account, they must contact the support team. All withdrawals should be completed before closure. Any balance remaining in a closed account must be claimed within a specified period.

8.2 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Contact the support team for further details.

9. Data Privacy and Security

10. Limitation of Liability

tk10 will not bear any financial or legal liability in the following situations:

• Financial loss caused by a user's own carelessness or poor decisions
• Loss during gameplay due to internet disconnection or third-party issues
• Bets or game sessions left incomplete due to unexpected technical disruptions
• Loss resulting from a user's login credentials being stolen or shared with others
• Changes to game outcomes caused by a fault in third-party software

In cases of maximum liability, tk10's responsibility is limited only to the amount directly involved in the incident. tk10 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Responsible Gaming Policy

tk10 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage users to play safely and within limits. Betting beyond one's means is never advisable.
